The 20FT strap will wrap around your kayak twice, holding it tight and steady on your car roof without any slipping, letting you drive safely. However, this product is not suitable for rainy weather, as rainwater may run down the webbing strap and get inside the car. If it rains while driving, cover your seats with a blanket.

The product features a heavy-duty metal cam buckle that goes great with a heavyweight UV-protected strap, ensuring that whatever you're tying down stays in place. The durable rope and stainless steel hook, 1/4in x 15FT cord, are UV-resistant, high-strength, and weather-resistant for outdoor or indoor use. Putting a simple twist in the cam straps can help prevent annoying strap vibration while you're driving.

The top-grade materials include UV-resistant 900 denier nylon oxford fabric for the pads, which are filled with EVA-compliant foam that is heat-resistant and hard to deform. The bottom of the pads has antiskid clothes to keep the pad immobilized.

The product is easy to install, with 2 x 15 ft tie-down straps to fix the pads on top of the vehicle, 2 x 20 ft tie-down straps to lock your canoe on a soft roof rack, 2 x 15 ft tie-down ropes with stainless steel hooks, and four quick loop straps to ensure your canoe stays locked. The pads can fix a canoe up to 80 kg (176 lbs), and the maximum tearing strength of the tie-down straps and quick loop straps is 1000 lbf/in. All straps are UV-resistant.

However, the faster you drive, the louder the wind noise caused by the straps, so it's important to maintain an optimal speed. Putting a twist in the straps also helps to reduce wind noise.
